Matchless Amplifiers Installing Asterope Technology; Asterope Teams with Joe Perry to Support Pro Audio Sales

We've just concluded another successful Winter NAMM in Anaheim, California, announcing our continued expansion into the Pro Audio and OEM markets, including our first OEM agreement. Asterope and Matchless Amplifiers announced that Matchless will begin to offer amplifiers with Asterope's breakthrough cable technology installed as an option in select amplifiers. Matchless is an award-winning amplifier manufacturer known for its outstanding quality and craftsmanship. Every Matchless amp is handmade from start to finish in Los Angeles, California. This will be the first time a 3rd-party manufacturer has installed Asterope audio technology, part of our "Wired With Asterope" program.

I’ve been building amps for 20 years. I had no idea that ‘wire’ could make such a difference. When I wire an amp with Asterope, everything opens up. It’s like removing a blanket from your cabinet that you didn’t know existed. It provides a much cleaner and more dynamic sound. Asterope products totally enhance and electrify the sound of our amps. This is a remarkable technology that has to be experienced first-hand.

We've also begun working with several leading luthiers and other audio manufacturers to evaluate installing Asterope wiring technology, providing them with a significant competitive advantage by helping their products deliver greater clarity, bandwidth and harmonic response - what has become known as the "Asterope difference."

Pro Audio Initiative

To support our continued growth in the Pro Audio market, we also announced that Joe Perry, noted Pro Audio marketing expert and former publisher of Guitar Player, Bass Player, Keyboard, and Electronic Musician, has joined our team to help drive Pro Audio sales. Joe will focus on promotion and sales to professional recording and mastering studios, as well as live performance venues, supporting our strategic goal of expanding into the Pro Audio market. Joe brings more than 30 years of industry and sales knowledge to the team and we're delighted to have him join us.

Asterope's breakthrough wire technology is a flexible architecture that can address a variety of Pro Audio environments and applications:

-Recording and live performance, including 1/4" instrument cables, XLRs, for vocals, Head-to-Cabinet Speaker Cables, the Asterope Amplifier Speaker Harness which allows customers to retrofit their current amplifier's internal speaker wire, and internal wiring for microphones and instruments.

-Monitoring, including 1/4" instrument cables, XLR to XLR and TRS to XLR speaker cables that create a dynamic listening environment for near-field powered monitor systems, breakout solutions and RCA interconnects.

-Mixing, including speaker cables, breakout solutions and RCA interconnects.

-Mastering, including speaker cables, breakout solutions and RCA interconnects.

A number of professional recording, home recording and mastering studios, as well as leading engineers and producers, have installed Asterope end-to-end throughout their recording and listening environments. For example, Asterope recently rewired the entire recording studio for Kirk Covington, drummer for Tribal Tech and recording studio owner.

Asterope has completely changed the sonic landscape in my studio. When I first heard the difference, I was speechless.

In addition to its Pro Audio and OEM products, for the first time, Asterope has begun prototyping new products for Home Audio and Consumer Electronics. We are developing complete wiring solutions for home audio systems, including speaker cables and interconnects, as well as auxiliary cables designed to connect audio devices to one another. Our ultimate mission is to protect the integrity of sonic signals from source to sound.
