Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order received. Processing times may vary depending on inventory levels, order volume, and operational conditions.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery options are displayed at checkout where applicable. Delivery time estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

Asterope is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Asterope is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, customers should notify Asterope promptly so that we may assist in reviewing the situation with the shipping carrier.

Returns

Returns may be accepted for eligible products purchased directly from Asterope. Requests should be submitted within a reasonable period following delivery.

Returned items must typically:

  • Be in original condition

  • Include original packaging where possible

  • Show no signs of misuse or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Products that have been modified or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final-sale items

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected.
