Asterope products are manufactured using carefully selected materials and construction practices intended to support reliable signal transfer and long-term durability.

Proper Product Use

Asterope products are intended for use with professional and consumer audio equipment operating within standard electrical and signal specifications.

Improper use, modification, abuse, unauthorized repair, or use outside normal audio applications may void any warranty consideration.

System Compatibility

Because audio systems and equipment configurations vary widely, compatibility with every device, installation method, or signal chain configuration cannot be guaranteed.

Limited Warranty Consideration

If a product is believed to have a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, customers may contact Asterope for review. At its discretion, Asterope may repair, replace, or otherwise address the product after evaluation.

Exclusions

Warranty consideration does not apply to:

• Normal wear and cosmetic aging

• Damage caused by misuse or accident

• Unauthorized repair or modification

• Improper installation or handling

• Environmental damage or external force

Limitation of Liability

Asterope shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products, including but not limited to loss of recordings, loss of studio time, equipment damage, loss of income, or interruption of professional work.
